The judge has sunk the Megaupload case by telling the FBI that a trial in the U.S. might never happen. Megaupload was never formally served with the correct paperwork by U.S. authorities, and it is not possible to serve a foreign company with criminal charges.... Judge O’Grady let the FBI know that Megaupload was never served with criminal charges, which is a requirement to start a trial!
