Curious to find established co-housing or intentional communities in Sebastopol

I am interested in finding intentional communities or co-housing opportunities in the area. I am aware of Green Valley Village, but I am hoping that some of you can guide me towards other ideas as well.

I am looking for some place that is child friendly :heart:

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong area, but I didn't know if it was suitable for "rentals" as I am just looking to get an idea of the options for multi-family living in Sebastopol.
