As a contributing member, my PayPal account was charged on April 5th, but then it was charged again today. What is more, for some reason this time the system decided that even though I had money in my PayPal account, it needed to charge my bank. When that was declined, the system cancelled my Membership. I have since gotten an email stating that the system was able to pay using funds in my account, but that has not actually shown up in my PayPal online statement -- although the cancellation of my Membership has.
Can anyone explain what's going on? Can my membership be reinstated, since I did pay my membership on April 5th? And how do we make sure this doesn't happen again?
