From here his strategy is to go for the delegates, with which he thinks he will win many states.

I just spoke with someone in Missouri yesterday. He wanted me to know why he didn't bother to vote in the GOP primary....because it was a "non binding" format. Yes, it didn't matter how you voted, they would decide the winner regardless.

It was the day afterwards that Ron Paul came out and said this is election fraud.
