Hey everyone,
:waccosun:Anyone open to an American Spring?
Our system of a Republic government is not working so well. Is it?
A REAL “Democracy” would look more like 99% in agreement right?
We've learned learned lots of smart, peaceful ways to determine that, right?
Can we find agreement on 5 major issues?
Can we work on the top one first?
Can the top one be: Designing Peace?
We're all in the perfect time and place to do that. Will you?
Please inform the leaders of the world; it's time we all work in ways, which do no harm; to solve all problems, with everyone.
#1) CEASE FIRE FOR ALL
No striking first for anyone! Agreed?
End all use of force, done without a constitutional declaration of war.
How?
Deterrence, or Détente?
Hollywood sometimes gives us clues.
Check out this movie “Deterrence” from 1999.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deterrence_%28film%29
Spoiler Alert: The US drops nuclear bombs on Iraq because of war games with “Uday Hussein”. Then Iraq launches ones back; with bombs made by the French, designed not to work. All to protect their friends the Americans, and other NATO members.
NATO has become the security force for the 1%. Let's examine that.
Let's examine the choices with Iran, or any other country which feels the need for defense.
Simple. No nuclear weapons for anyone – too big a risk.
Agreed?
Replace nuclear power with cleaner, safer, locally well-made power generation systems.
Agreed?
Right now it looks like Israel keeps pushing us for deterrence. And the US Inc. thinks it has to clean up the mess if Israel starts it.
Let's examine the depth and width of that mess first. Any kind of bomb on a nuclear weapon or energy plant; is a major disaster for every; not just Iran.
How is it that this is even on the table?
How many human and animal victims of radiation; for how long?
How much contaminated air, water, soil; for how long?
How will it affect the the already scewed up weather?
Will this generation of our species witness nuclear winter if we don't have an AMERICAN + ISRAEL + IRAN +ETC. SPRING?
It may be the Mayans knew we had a chance this year, to co-create a recipe for peace; OR ELSE!!!???!!!
Since 9/11; I've searched for, and been working on a recipe for peace.
I't doesn't work unless we're all engage in it. Respectfully.
By getting on the ballot for UNITED Senate; I can carry this torch for peace; for all of us.
By “Occupying” the Senate seat, The People's seat; all of California can have a voice, 100% in balance.
Democracy for real. We invented the app for it.
We're California. I know we can improve all our ratings. In a new season; this AMERICAN SPRING.
Of course we can even generate some jobs, and economic recovery by making it our own reality show; right? We're California.
We just have to get together to design the best recipe to make peace cool, and trendy.
Been there, done that with Viet Nam haven't we?
We utilized a great soundtrack for encouragement. Time for a repeat.
Got lyrics & music? Let's hear it. www.songsforaceasefire.org (https://www.songsforaceasefire.org)
BTW, Just look how much China is profiting by all the Peacewear sold everywhere.
Now; I'd bet 99% of us can insist we de-fund all strike first, unconstitutional “war”.
Agreed?
I'd bet 99% of us want to reinvest that into CaliforniaCARE. AmericaCARE.
Including bringing the California National Guard & others home now? Right?
Getting ready for the next natural, or man-made disaster, is more important than anybody dropping bombs on anybody. 99% Agreed?
So why would we let the 1% dictate disaster for us, or our earth neighbors; the wildlife, natural resources, wonders and treasurers galore?
Can we all learn from the French, circa 1908, for now? Perhaps forever?
Remember hearing the word Détente long ago? I did, when I was trying to have a moment of peace this evening. It made me want to look it up; so I've shared it below.
What would God, a divine intelligence, or Jesus do? Or Allah, Captain Picard, or Yoda?
Do no harm; right?
We have a chance, at home and abroad, each September 21st to reset the doomsday clock back one hour. Thanks to the United Nations finally agreeing to Jeremy Gilley, from Peace one Day. See www.peaceoneday.org (https://www.peaceoneday.org/) for that ongoing work for a cease fire for all.
Ask all your elected officials to require the United Stated States, and each state uphold this cease fire this year; because very sadly, since 9/11, we never have. WHY?
On September 7th, 2001; the United Nations agreed to declare a one day cease fire for everyone each year. 9/11 was to be the day of the first.
I think we need to ask the 1% more than a few questions. And not let them off the hook.
The United Nations seems to be primarily working for the 1% these days.
California and I can help lead the rest of the States to correct our foreign policy; and a few other things 99% percent of us agree on.
That WILL revitalize our economy AND our ecology at the same time.
AND IT ONLY TAKES 2/3; not 99%!!!
The math works.
All we need is local and state government to work WITH each resident, Occupy, NGO's, and businesses. In ways which work for everyone.
(Well at least 99%. You know there's always going to be a 1%; let's just vote them off our island of sanity; called California. They can go live with their offshore accounts, or prison depending on the damage they've done.)
So, are you with me on a cease fire for all? Right now?
Please tell Obama and Feinstein, you need to see results, today; or you'll have no other choice than to vote for the candidates who swear an oath, to uphold their oath of office, to protect and defend OUR Constitution – always.

https://www.feinstein.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/contact
https://www.diannefeinstein2012.com/contact-us/ (https://www.diannefeinstein2012.com/splash/)
Impeaching all unconstitutional Supreme Court, and California Judges is another job 99% of us could agree on too; right?
I really enjoy discovering all the big things we can resolve with our agreements, and resolutions.
Now; what do you think?
Spring will be here soon. Are you will us on a cease fire for all?
In PEACE!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deterrence_(legal (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deterrence_%28legal))
Deterrence is the use of punishment (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punishment) as a threat to deter people from offending. Deterrence is often contrasted with retributivism (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retributivism), which holds that punishment is a necessary consequence of a crime and should be calculated based on the gravity of the wrong done.
Deterrence can be divided into three separate categories.
Specific deterrence focuses on the individual in question. The aim of these punishments is to discourage the criminal from future criminal acts by instilling an understanding of the consequences.
General or indirect deterrence focuses on general prevention of crime by making examples of specific deviants. The individual actor is not the focus of the attempt at behavioral change, but rather receives punishment in public view in order to deter other individuals from deviance in the future. The argument that deterrence, rather than retribution, is the main justification for punishment is a hallmark of the rational choice theory (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rational_choice_theory_%28criminology%29) and can be traced to Cesare Beccaria (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cesare,_Marquis_of_Beccaria) whose well-known treatise On Crimes and Punishments (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dei_delitti_e_delle_pene) (1764 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1764)), condemned torture (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torture) and the death penalty (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_penalty) and Jeremy Bentham (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeremy_Bentham) who made two distinct attempts during his life to critique the death penalty (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capital_punishment).[1] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deterrence_%28legal%29#cite_note-deathpenalty-0)
Incapacitation (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Incapacitation_%28penology%29) is considered by some to be a subset of specific deterrence. Incapacitation aims to prevent future crimes not by rehabilitating (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rehabilitation_%28penology%29) the individual but rather from taking away his ability to commit such acts. Under this theory, criminals are put in jail not so that they will learn the consequence of their actions but rather so that while there they will be unable to engage in crime.
Not all crime deterrence is caused by the criminal justice system. Evidence also suggests that the private ownership and use of firearms deters criminal behavior.[2] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deterrence_%28legal%29#cite_note-1)
[edit (https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Deterrence_%28legal%29&action=edit§ion=2)] Criticism
It has been argued that deterrence is ineffective at achieving its ultimate goal. Critics of specific deterrence argue that offenders do not pause to consider the possible punishment for a crime they are about to commit, especially in the heat of the moment, and when drugs or alcohol are involved. Some suggest that potential offenders are more likely to be deterred by the threat of being caught rather than the threat of punishment, citing an example of the crime rate falling dramatically in areas where closed-circuit television (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Closed-circuit_television) surveillance systems were introduced.[citation needed (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed)] General deterrence has also been heavily criticised for relying on publicity of heavy punishments; it has been described as "the least effective and least fair principle of sentencing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sentence_%28law%29)".[3] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deterrence_%28legal%29#cite_note-2)
