There are two chickens hanging out around the corner of Morris and Hwy. 12. They scratch around the lawns of the office buildings at 101 and 103 Morris, and are quite happy to be fed. One is your standard white with floppy red head stuff while the other is a plump golden beauty. (Don't get any ideas about uses for these birds... they are citizens of Sebastopol like the rest of you...)
Without having the knowledge of exactly what to look for, I believe they are both hens.
Anyone know where they should live? Any ideas on what should be done with them? I feed them occasionally and find myself worrying about these stupid birds.
