Private residence on 8 acres in S/West Santa Rosa area. Just off of Gravenstein Hwy. & close to hwy 101 for commuters. Large spacious stalls, paddocks and pastures. quiet non smoking property, with 4 horses currently in residence. Room for 1 to 2 more horses, or smaller livestock (could handle more if smaller). some of the pastures are irrigated thru the summer months, making for year round grazing. This place is a great set up for retired animals or animals in rehab. Room to park horse trailers, though not much to speak of in riding trails on site. Fees are $200.00 per horse per month, with the horse's owner providing feed & bedding, & property owner feeding.
