Here of some of the things I've learned from Rosa Koire's www.DemocratsAgainstUNAgenda21.com (https://www.democratsagainstUNadgenda21.com) She is fighting UN Agenda 21 and ICLEI in Santa Rosa and educating about it in a much wider area. I suggest you go there and look around, and for a lot of facts on this issue, and a good read get a copy of her book, Behind the Green Mask UN Agenda 21. 15647 But here are a few highlights to get you started.
What does ICLEI (pronounced ICK-LY) stand for? International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. It was created as a non-governmental spin-off by the United Nations to implement Agenda 21 locally. It is a lobbying and policy group that is designed to influence and change local governmental policies related to all aspects of human life.
UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development is the action plan implemented worldwide to inventory and control all land, all water, all minerals, all plants, all animals, all construction, all means of production, all energy, all education, all information, and all human beings in the world. INVENTORY AND CONTROL.
Single Family homes are a threat to ICLEI's agenda. Part of the agenda, in short, is greater control of the population by moving the it into urban areas into stack and pack type housing along highly trafficked corridors. Here you have no back yards for gardens and no privacy. When you drive down 2nd St. in San Rafael you'll see examples of this type of housing built around the year 2000 on the right and left a couple blocks before 101. It is commercial on the ground floor and residential above. And I notice the vacancy rate is huge. In Novato it's on Diablo on the left as you get off 101. There's a Whole Foods on the bottom floor and apartments above.
In the United States they are doing it, so far, by imposing more and more zoning laws, and using eminent domain to take your land from you and make it increasingly all but impossible to live in rural areas. Ridiculous laws are coming up for vote making it illegal to garden, and declaring that rainwater that falls on your land is not yours. (Rainwater law already true in Utah). In China, they've already experienced it in it's extreme form where rural people were kidnapped and relocated to highrises in the city.
Rural landownership is a threat to ICLEA. ICLEA has already declared major swaths of land area in Sonoma and other counties to be "Blighted," or of no economic worth to their agenda. An area is considered by them to be blighted if it has too many LOCAL BUSINESSES and not enough JAMBA JUICES, MCDONALDS, AND STARBUCKS. So if you live in a blighted area your property tax dollars are diverted into their pool of funds to carry out their agenda and they have already stopped maintaining some 1200 miles of rural roads in Sonoma County. Does this sound like anything you'd want?

Communitarianism is where the good or rights of the community supersede the rights of the individual. You know, like China's one baby only rule. ICLEA includes neighborhood watch civilian police that monitor x number of folks to report who's being a good German and who's not. So far, because of the economy, there haven't been funds for this, but when there are, they'll being coming door to door with some kind of nice community outreach concept and give you a 20 page questionnaire asking you to list all your skills. If you let them in your door, they'll take a good look at your bookcase to see what you're in to.
All of this is being done in the name of environmentalism, which is a positive thing, except the way it's being exploited for this international agenda of control is most definitely not. ILCEA is insidious in all aspects of society. They are very organized and they've been implementing it for a long time. Two examples are that it has determined the curriculum for our schools from preschool to university level to promote it's agenda, and it has pre-determined agendas and convenient blueprints to offer every town to create new laws.
Because of this most everyone's been conditioned to think green is good, and Transition Towns are wonderful, and they're using Orwellian words that sound good like 'sustainable' and 'smart growth', 'smart meters' and 'smart train' so there is little education about this greater agenda so far, and little opposition. Who could be against these things? Right? They sound so positive. Look a little deeper and you might not think so.
I think that environmentalism and conservation need to be sifted out from this agenda and reclaimed in their true and positive, life-enhancing forms.
The next two posts are articles written by Rosa Koire on the Delphi technique used in town hall and other meetings that are totally controlled with a pre-determined agenda and outcome, but made to look democratic in process.

What happened? We spoke out:
video’d,
entered the meeting without signing in,
refused to be railroaded,
continually corrected the government/consultant lies and called them out,
did not participate in the phony ‘voting’,
did not give our names to the establishment press,
brought in cameras and signs,
flyered warning the organizers not to violate the open meeting laws,
and did not get arrested although police were called
We exercised our rights as Americans!
Who are we?
A coalition of independent citizens from all over the SF Bay Area, Democrats, Property Rights Advocates, Tea Party members, Republicans, Libertarians, non-affiliated Independents—brave Americans standing together to resist tyranny.
What is ONE BAY AREA?
A regional plan to direct federal and state transportation dollars over the next 25 years to specific cities that have agreed to ONLY approve smart growth and ONLY approve it in limited pre-designated areas of just a few towns in the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Using ridiculously inflated population projections, ONE BAY AREA states that future housing must designed in one of their ‘approved’ smart growth models and developed in a Priority Development Area.
What is that?
A Priority Development Area (PDA) is a so-called transportation corridor—usually a busy street with a bus line or near a proposed train station. This PDA can be as small as a half-block or as large as a square mile. All of the projected new population for the next 25 years will be accommodated by housing within this designated area.
No other housing developments will be approved for the next 25 years—or the city will not get their piece of the transportation funding.
We’re talking about 200 Billion dollars of federal and state transportation dollars for the SF Bay Area over the 25 year term.
Do you see what this will do to property values outside of the specific PDA’s? It will destroy them. Do you see what this does to individual cities? It destroys their sovereignty.
ONE BAY AREA is a regional plan that breaks down boundaries and pushes UN Agenda 21.
Northern California is one of 11 Mega Regions in the US.
It includes 31 counties,
48,000 square miles,
15 million people, and
part of TWO STATES–California and NEVADA.

ONE BAY AREA is a plan (they’re calling it YOUR Plan!) to regionalize the SF Bay Area and dissolve the city, county, and state boundaries. The consultant is holding Delphi meetings all over the Bay Area to get buy-in for the plan. This meeting is designed to manipulate and direct public opinion to approve the One Bay Area Plan. The Delphi Method is being used to create the illusion that this is your plan and that you have some part in crafting the outcome. This is a technique developed by the RAND Corporation in the 1960’s which is used by meeting facilitators to block opposition and discard opinions that do not support their plan. This propaganda method uses peer pressure to shame and silence you.
ONE BAY AREA is being used to regionalize the SF Bay Area and erase the city, county, and ultimately, State boundaries. Your transportation tax dollars will be used to build apartments and condos in designated areas of your city—and nowhere else. Your money will be directed to favored developers building stack and pack housing.
You are losing the ability to direct your elected officials through this plan to destroy local representation.
This is happening across the US. There are now 11 Mega Regions designed to replace States. Northern California is one of the Mega Regions (it includes part of Nevada), with over 48,000 square miles and 15 million residents.

THE UNITED STATES REJECTED AGENDA 21 ALMOST 30 YEARS AGO.
Conspiracy promoters, like Deborah Tavares of Sebastopol, falsely claim that Agenda 21 is a U.N scheme which will drive us out of our rural and suburban homes and into tightly-packed, over-populated "Kill Cities" in furtherance of the planned extinction of mankind. But, none of this is so.
Agenda 21 is a non-binding suggestion that the United Nations recommended to all its member nations in 1992. Under the United States Constitution, both the President and the Senate must consent to a proposed international treaty or convention before it becomes law in the United States. While the President symbolically signed Agenda 21, the Senate withheld its consent to Agenda 21.
As a result, the United Sates government, as a whole, REJECTED Agenda 21 almost 30 years ago. That means Agenda 21 never applied in the United States and does not apply here now. So, whatever Agenda 21 "would have done" if it not been REJECTED is completely irrelevant. It was REJECTED.
Likewise so-called "Agenda 21 Map" is entirely FAKE and had nothing to do with Agenda 21 in the first place. Instead, the fake "Agenda 21 Map" was an exaggeration created to generate United States Senate opposition to "The U.N. Treaty On Bio-Diversity" (something entirely different from Agenda 21). As it turned out, the United States also rejected The U.N. Treaty On Bio-Diversity. So, neither Agenda 21 nor The U.N. Treaty On Bio-Diversity (to which the fake Agenda 21 Map allegedly related) ever applied in the United States. BOTH WERE REJECTED.
Conspiracy promoters, like Deborah Tavares of Sebastopol, have always known the truth about Agenda 21 and the fake Agenda 21 Map. But, the truth about Agenda 21 does not incite the fear, hatred and violence that Deborah Tavares seeks to incite in the American people. So, she concocted the Agenda 21 hoax in order to incite the fear, hatred and violence that she seeks to incite in the American people..
