I was sad and surprised to hear about this. Without reading the content of the bill just looking at the players on each side of the fence is enough to make your heart skip a beat. Please do what you can to help make a difference in protecting communities and small business.

Supporters of SOPA: RIAA, MPAA, News Corporation, VISA, Mastercard, Pfizer, Comcast, Time Warner, ABC, Nike, Walmart, Dow Chemical, Tiffany, Chanel, Rolex, Monster Cable, Teamsters, Lamar Smith (R-TX), John Conyers (D-MI)

Wikipedia is on a 24 hour black out. Google is protesting but still running.
DID YOU TAKE ACTION??? If not, I encourage you to do so. If you suggest something other than writing your Congress person, please share!
WE NEED OUR VOICE TO BE HEARD NOW MORE THAN ANY OTHER TIME IN RECENT HISTORY!!! The consequences of the bill are unthinkable but I've lived in DC and pretty shady crap happens with political lobbying dollars.
Go to Wikipedia, put in your zip code and they'll direct you to your congress person.

While the sound issue is getting a ton on discussion right now on Wacco, I'd like to hear from people that care enough to write or do something about our freedom of speech and commerce.

I see that specifically from this website you can do 2 things:
1) Add your name to the filibuster. (THIS IS REALLY COOL!) For those that don't know what this means: once the Senator takes the floor he can talk for days and I really am not exaggerating. He will start reading names and will not stop until he is done.
Senator Ron Wyden is planning to filibuster the legislation — you can ask him to read your name from the floor of the Senate by visiting StopCensorship.org.
2) Write your Senator.

Tweet this, Facebook it, whatever... and get the word out. Please.
