Small sheep flock questions

Hi. We are happily expecting new sheep to be born in the next couple of months and would like to connect with some local family/small business farms/households that are raising their own sheep. We are interested in milking our sheep and potentially managing our rams rather than castrating them.
Our wish is to visit a local sheep setup and see what is happening there so we might get some new perspectives and ideas.
Any suggestions?
