Why is the time of posts (last post on a thread, in "RECENT POSTS") shown 1 hour later than it actually was posted?:hmmm:

Well now it seems to have self corrected after I posted the below question.
Anyway it (on my computer) has been displaying the 1 hour later as I described on a regular basis on and off for several weeks.
That seems to have started happening around the time of the recent upgrades.
:hmmm:Is it my system or?:dunno:
