I have weevils in my paper mache sculpture (because I used wheat paste, which I now know never to do again). At least, I think they're weevils. They are very persistant small brown bugs that are either burrowing holes inside or from the inside-out. Kinda gross, yes.

Do you know a non-toxic way to get rid of them? I want to kill them before trying to patch it up. Thanks! 15169Your help is appreciated.

Try google search for natural remedies for weevils! Also, I know you can kill moths and their eggs in clothing and blankets by putting them in the freezer for a few days (I'd put your sculpture in a plastic bag first to avoid dehydration). Good luck.

I know that heat & cold can be used in treating termite infestations. That thing looks small enough to fit in an ice-chest with some dry ice. That seems like it'd be a cheap experiment to try.
