Digest still not working properly

Hi Barry,

I just logged in to look at the digest online, and saw your message saying things were working properly again. But they aren't - it's far too wide, making it hard to read, and harder to get to the buttons to say what we want to do next. Also the ads don't seem to be there - I guess they're way over on the right past where my screen shows them.

I still get two emails each time they go out (duplication) and have ever since it was announced that that particular problem had been solved.
