The wishlist is on Occupy Santa Rosa's web site, at https://www.occupysantarosa.org/?page_id=128
the list ought also to include nasal rinse bottles.
Too, we appreciate very much all the food, water, etc., people have brought us, regardless of its source.
We'd like to ask supporters to try to avoid spending money with companies whose effects are diametrically
opposed to the aims of the Occupy movement, e.g.:
Nestle--My nomination for the worst of a bad lot, this company markets infant formula in a way that kills many African babies.
Domino's--Often called "the coat-hanger pizza," D's owners largely fund the (hah-hah) "right to life" movement.
Wal-Mart--Where to begin? Their idea of "full-time" employment is 28h/week, so their stats on full-time employees are meaningless, and many of those employees qualify for food stamps. They trash local businesses and keep prices low by enslaving third-world workers. Polluters, bigots, union-busters... Nationalize Wal-Mart!
