Assist with the Tree-A-Thon!
Join the camaraderie and fun in this third annual Tree-A-Thon which raises much-needed funds for the Laguna Foundation’s work to protect, restore, and educate the public about the Laguna de Santa Rosa, a Wetland of International Importance that is right here in our own backyards! Sign up today to start collecting sponsors, and then for a few hours on January 21st, 2012 join 100+ people of all ages and abilities as we plant more than 500 oaks and other native plants along the Laguna near Sebastopol. Not only is the post-planting Pizza-and-Prizes Party a blast, but think of how good you’ll feel knowing that you’ve contributed towards restoring lost riparian forests, magnificent oak woodlands, and critical wildlife habitat; mitigating climate change; improving water quality; and benefiting our community for generations to come!
