From NationofChange.org:
Dear Readers,
You will not be able to stay home, brother.
You will not be able to plug in, turn on and cop out.
You will not be able to lose yourself on skag and
Skip out for beer during commercials,
Because the revolution will not be televised.
Over 1,000 protesters were arrested during a take-over of the Brooklyn Bridge this Saturday. Does this mass arrest sound like it should be making headlines? Does this sound like “Tonight’s Top Story at 10:00?” It apparently doesn’t seem noteworthy to the decision-makers in the mainstream media. Even local newspapers like The New York Times avoided covering the Occupy Wall Street protests until eventually undermining the impact of the movement. Welcome to the Media Blackout.
The revolution will not be televised.
The revolution will not be brought to you by Xerox
In 4 parts without commercial interruptions.
The establishment media will not support a movement that is in direct conflict with the interests of its owners and business partners. It will not cover a movement at odds with its sole reason for existence—to deliver consumers to advertisers while pushing the corporate agenda. By that same token we cannot expect the corrupt establishment media to shine a critical eye on police brutality and this overt repression of free speech during a peaceful protest.
There will be no pictures of pigs shooting down brothers in the instant replay.

We need someone on our side, whose only commitment is to the truth and only accountability to the people. NationofChange is fighting to bring you vital coverage, calls to action, and voices of progress each and every day.
No, the revolution will not be televised, but you can find it here, and we will never censor, undermine, or mask the truth.
