We are currently 6 females and 3 males in our fifties and sixties living on 13-acre ridge-top estate in Novato. Our home provides spectacular views, large solar-heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, organic gardens, and easy access to beautiful open space hiking trails.
The available room is good-sized (14’x15’) with a mirrored closet on one wall and could come fully furnished if you are interested. The bathroom is shared with two others.
In addition to the $850 rent, each resident pays $265 a month for utilities and all amenities including Comcast Xfinity, WiFi, housecleaning, pool/hot tub, etc. Food is also shared – fresh and organic – and we include omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans. We have meals together at least twice a week. We also put on many fun events that involve our larger community network.
