Draft minutes, May 23 joint meeting

The draft minutes from the May 23, 2006 joint meeting of the Sebastopol City Council, Planning Commission and Design Review Board are posted on the Planning Department page of the City web site. Please note that these are draft, unapproved minutes. The three City boards discussed the 'draft emerging agreements' prepared by DC&E, the City's consultants. As indicated by the minutes, there appeared to be broad consenusus among most members of the three City boards regarding most of the list of 'emerging agreements,' although there were several issues where the list was revised, or where differing viewpoints were expressed. The minutes also set forth public comments on the lists and the discussion.
