I grew up in an American Buddhist family, as some of my readers will be all too well aware. In Buddhism, Tantra (or Vajrayana) is not about sex (https://www.elephantjournal.com/2008/09/naked-yoga-now-thats-bikramhot-yoga-try-this-only-at-home/). In fact, I studied it as a child (and not at night with a flashlight and a blanket over my head).
There are teachings within Tantra that have something to do with the art and practice of spiritually-directed, transcendent sex (https://www.elephantjournal.com/2008/10/love-sex-recycling-an-overview-of-green-dating-sites/)—but even those, a very small part (say .00005% of Tantra) are intended to help the Bodhisattva (a Buddhist dedicated to helping others) clarify his or her mind and heart and so better be able to help others.

If you live in Northern California, yes, most tantra you'll encounter will be about sex. That's called Red Tantra.

Then there's Green Tantra and White and maybe some other colors.

My teacher was of the White Tantra tradition, namely that tantra is the practice of being aware of the Divine in your own heart. The practice is to feel the divinity in your whole body. As this increases over time, one may experience their vibration reaching a point that matches the Greater Divinity which will automatically initiate one into a whole other level.

No partner. No sex. But oh, what a feeling!

I have used the "tantra chair", and can attest to it's value for many reasons. It's easy on the body, and
provides lots of variety in positions. Mine is a soft black fabric, with an insert that decreases the depth of
the "valley" if desired. I've also used it for boudoir photography; it's a great prop.

Unfortunately it does take up quite a bit of space, and I don't use it much since I don't have a partner, or
the space for it. I will offer it for sale in the appropriate category.

The video is very tastefully done, though it does't show the variety of positions that I discovered.
