Dear Friends,
I am very excited to announce our first performance FUNdRAISER for Syzygy Dance Project on September 17th from 4-7pm at the Mill Valley Community Church. We are thrilled to have To Life! perform live music for us to dance to.
Since we have started 5Rhythms classes in the San Francisco County Jail last April, we have added classes at the Institute for Health and Healing, dance offerings with three different populations at the VA hospital in Menlo Park, and our newest one begins September 9th at Options Recovery Services in Berkeley.
