Hi! I have found two feral kittens living along santa rosa creek who will be trapped and euthanized by the county if left where they are. I have caught one and will be having her spayed at Forgotten Felines on 8/10. After she rests for a few days she could come live in your barn to chase away the rodents. In England they commonly keep a pair of cats in every horse barn and the trend is catching on here. I hope to catch her sister also, possibly the mother. If you could provide a safe place to live and regular food, you can have them for very little money. I don't know yet what it will cost me. Barrie 570-1740

Barrie, I am so pleased to see that someone else cares about these poor homeless animals and is willing to spend their time and money to make life a bit better for them.

In case some people don't know it, the cats CAN and DO keep the mice, rat, moles and gofer population down in your yard. And, even barn cats if given the chance will return your love. A kind and gentle word or pat or even brushing once in a while is so nice.

I guess while you are having them spayed and neutered they are given the routine shots for feline leukemia and such at same time.

Thanks again for your kindness to animals.
