Sebastopol summer camp, middle school employee charged with sex crimes

The man in this story used to work in my child's the after school care, they were close, and she is still friends with him on facebook! The police and judicial misconduct in my case have prevented justice and my ability to protect her.
Please see this letter in the Sonoma West Times regarding underage prostitution being ignored by the SRPD.

Let me know if you have evidence of misconduct by the authorities relating to these issues. The consequences have been devastating; I need help to correct these patterns of abuse. I'm in the Sonoma Co. phone book.

I'm a bit confused, Colleen. When I read the story on the PD website, I was inclined to believe that the police learned of a crime against a minor (5 year-old), and they have arrested the man and the D.A. has charged him with some really serious felonies.
"Zara supervised groups of children on activities like field trips, but he would not have been alone with a child," Rich said.
“We never heard any complaints about him at any time from any kids, counselors or parents,” Rich said.
Was your daughter a victim of this man? Have you reported the crime to the police, so they can investigate? Have you been prevented from reporting this crime? Perhaps I'm just not sure how this is your case that they are mis-handling, unless the crime victim is your child.
The fact that your daughter is friends with the person on FB in and of itself is not a crime. You should be monitoring her friends, especially adult male friends, since you're concerned. I'm sure you do, and you're not necessarily to blame, because the article states:
The camp conducted thorough background checks and there was nothing to indicate any potential for problems, and his references said he had a stellar background...
and...
"We never heard any complaints about him at any time from any kids, counselors or parents..."
and...
"Nothing on that background check indicated that we should be concerned regarding the reason he was arrested..."
So there's nothing that indicated that he was a criminal.
In "your" case, can you explain the police or judicial misconduct?
In the case of the letter being written to the Sonoma West Times, I agree that the police should have pursued that quickly and efficiently to bring that criminal to justice. Perhaps that should be the focus of an investigation into why the police didn't do something about the reporting of a crime.

I really appreciate this list for the thoughtful ways you try to help each other and your community. The severity and complexity of the harm to my family, makes it hard to easily communicate my situation.
Not only am I a real person; I have been posting to this group for about a 1 1/2 years, and have offered useful information. A simple search of your list would have shown you this.
The only time I asked for something, was when a friend from Southern Cal, her daughter and 2 dogs were in a car accident; one dog was killed and the other badly needed care. She asked me to seek help; so I did by posting to all my lists. They did not get help and the dog died, although a few people on this list responded.
She and I have some very sad things in common; I posted her story "Dead Women Walking" to this list last March. I'm the friend from Sonoma Co. that she mentions.

After the hell I've been living in ever since my ex husband raped me in October of 2009, while our child was in the home, it was painful to have you think this is a scam. So I will do my best to more fully explain the situation.
I have evidence of his involvement with prostitution. After the rape, he refused to have an STD test. He overdosed on drugs in front of our child and I; he did not keep these locked up away from her; and he had a child porn video which I think he was involved in the production of. Out of concern for my child's well being at the scene, I did not call the police that night.
That was my biggest mistake. I thought I could handle it; but for 3 months after that, I went into a hole and almost did not survive. It was only because of support from friends that I was able to get what I needed to start the work to heal my body and spirit.
After I found the child porn and unlocked drugs, I did go to the Santa Rosa police, they would not properly investigate, then lied. So did another PD, that's the reason for link to the Sonoma West Times story about a young woman who tried to report child prostitution to the SRPD, and they took no interest.
The judge in our family law case knew I was working to get him removed from the bench for his misconduct; he then gave full custody to my ex, and refused to hear the evidence, and put obstacles in my way so that I can't have any contact with her until I come up with the money for the next steps in this case. I cannot even have any contact with her to discuss the fact that her friend Dylan has been accused of the crime stated.
Last summer, when my ex verbally assaulted me and lunged at me when I continued to demand the STD test, I filed an restraining order. The judge took away my legal custody and reduced my visitation from almost 50%, to only every other weekend! I had held off with the rape charges until the child porn was investigated, only to find that they did nothing. They didn't even tell me about the pretext call they could have set up.
Before pressing charges for the rape, I gave my ex one last chance to do the right thing - get the STD test, pay for my follow-up tests, domestic violence counseling for all of us, (he had also previously shoved me from behind on two occasions after I was walking away from an argument), and get treatment for his sex, drugs and alcohol addictions.
Had I known about the option for the pretext call, he would be in jail. When the cops called him in for questioning, he called me to make a deal regarding custody in exchange for not going to the police. This call could have been recorded by them, had they told me about this option.
Because of my long term work to end unconstitutional war, it's possible this call was recorded by some branch of law enforcement; but I'm unable to access it.
The police told me they would question him at his home and ask to look in his safe, but could not insist unless they had a warrant. I asked them to hold off on the questioning until I could try to compel those in charge to try to get one.
Instead, they did not try to get a warrant they just asked him to come in, when he called back to say he was getting an attorney, that was it. They never made him come in for questioning. In fact, the investigator waited until 5 that day to tell me the status; I called to request surveillance because I knew he would remove the evidence of drugs and child porn, and the SRPD dispatch hung up on me!
There is more regarding multiple incidents of harm to my child which was ignored by the court, and she did not get the help she needed that the ER doctor required. I was again assaulted by him in March and experienced more misconduct by the SRPD. CPS also failed to fully investigate this. The FBI would not either.
I can prove everything, have witnesses to his use of illegal drugs; but I need money for a polygraph test, and other things to prove the rape and how I am truthful on every issue.
I also need an honest judge; and to remove from the bench, all of those who are not. There has been a pattern to their abuse of power, sadly there are many others who have encountered this in our county.
There also needs to be a review of those in law enforcement who are ignoring and enabling sex and drug crimes.
I tried to get a criminal case going to prosecute the rape, the DA believed me, but because the Santa Rosa Police botched the investigation, the DA's office did not think they could get a jury to convict; so they wouldn't go forward.
It's hard to find a personal injury attorney willing to take on the corruption in the courts and law enforcement; but I am far from the only one who has experienced this in this area. Telling my story may prompt others to come forward so we can correct the problems.
Please let me know if you know of a good PI lawyer. I have 2 other cases I need help with, my recent car accident, and a toxic product case which needs to be a class action suit. This product is close to almost every woman's heart; literally.

I ran for US Senate in the 2006 Democratic primary. I have no interest in being politician. I just want to end unconstitutional war before our country falls further into debt, and to stop giving those who aim to harm us, more reasons for doing so because of our strike-first foreign policies.
I am running again, because you may have noticed, our Senators are still not calling for an end to all optional conflicts before they even consider raising the debt ceiling.
I know this is not a list for politics; but I've been to your City Council meetings, I know your city's budget problems will not be resolved unless people like you, use lists like this, to inform everyone to take peaceful, effective action. Without this, potholes will be the least of your problems.
I support our troops; my father served in Viet Nam; but we are not safer here because we are fighting "them" over there; when every city is laying off fire and police officers, closing their stations, parks, libraries, etc. The majority of America agrees, but our elected officials are not representing that.

After an MRI, I was to go to the specialist as UCSF, I lost my health insurance and have been in medical limbo ever since.
Being self employed, even though my doctor qualified me for disability after the recent whiplash, there is nothing for me to collect. Medi Cal benefits are almost nil due to all the budget cuts. Plus, the cost of living here is so high, you can hardly qualify to get it while being able to afford for any decent standard of living.
This is yet another reason I'm running for Senate; not only do I think every American should have the same kind of health care all elected officials do; I want to see them get, single payer, affordable wellness care. This is doable when you reduce the insane profit margins and practices of the insurance industry and Big Pharma.
As the daughter of an Air Force Lt. Col.; the government took care of my family's health care in an affordable manner. It's quite true that government needs a lot of input and oversight to get to the wellness part of health care. Every person needs to have the right to say no when it comes to vaccinations, or anything else like that.

So, did the Santa Rosa police botch a potential child porn investigation? If they had done it, would Charlotte still be alive today?
Does someone know a reporter who would look into this?
