Somebody in Pelaluma, California is doing we da deceived people a grand service by painting dollar signs over the fat face of Sonoma County Supervisor and undeserving re-election candidate, Mike "war profits" Kerns, and it isn't da 9-11 Truth Campaign, as he accuses.
Candidate for top undeclared-war-idiot Kerns left da 9-11 Bounty Hunter, John Jenkel, the following message on his voice mail on May 11, 2006, at 5:36 p.m. It is filed as Sonoma County Sheriff's Department Crime Report #06053027.
"Mr. Jenkel: This is Supervisor Mike Kerns. You called a while back asking for one of my campaign signs and I have a pretty good idea what you probably would do with it. But one thing you need to know is .. I am against this war [Since when?], I hate the war [This abusive public official's greed is stronger than his hatred but he won't publicly admit it.], I opposed it." [What?]
When did you oppose undeclared war, Supervisor Kerns? You have done everything in your corrupt power to support it! In fact, below you tell me that you and your fellow traitors on the board have an "unwritten policy" against getting "involved in affairs that don't have anything to do with the County of Sonoma." Now that the undeclared war tide is turning, you say you "opposed it." Your not going to fool enough constituents to get re-elected.
"But you need to understand [What he needs to understand is that we the people this want this greedy idiot to help we the people end 59 years of undeclared wars that have all been "at the expense of we people," quoting fallen Modern Mary of Arc.] the reason why we haven't done it at the supervisors' level, or taken action, [or upheld our Oaths of Office, our contracts with constituents, or the 14th Amendment] is we have an unwritten policy [that violates our oaths, contracts, and constitutional law] that we don't get involved [or support and defend the Constitution for the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution for the United States, and do so without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion] in affairs [mass murders for corporate gain and population management in undeclared wars are "affairs"?] that don't have anything to do with the County of Sonoma."
Mass murder legalized by Congress has nothing to do with the County of Sonoma? This Brown coverup clown is another dirt bag on da Brown machine take.

Dishonorable Supervisor Mike Kerns: During this and next week when the board is NOT meeting to do urgent business of the people of Sonoma County like stopping congressionally legalized mass murder, as required by oath, contract, and state law, I invite you to take time out from your doomed re-election campaign and drive up to Graton along California State Highway 116 to view da 9-11 Manure Monument. Your ill-advised and totally dumb threat has triggered its restoration.
Da trashed monument includes an image of a World Trade Tower before it was intentionally demolished by preset explosives. It has the words "CEASE FIRE" in blood red. Other features are defaced signs left in the public domain of pro-gang violence District Attorney Stephan Passalacqua who, with the aid of Deputy Sheriff Richard J. Hurley, and Superior Court Judge Robert S. Boyd, conspired to lock up Mary E. Morrison for 37 days in 11 county jails in five states so Grand Intimidator Willie Brown and his cover boy Gavin Newsom could protect Public law 107-243 and 59 years of congressionally authorized gang violence in undeclared wars.
It would help we, the People of the State of California if I could have made public comment last Tuesday and next Tuesday at board meetings about your threat of my being "defaced." But the board has abused its power again and cancelled meetings for this week and next week. Consequently, da 9-11 Truth Campaign and we the people have again been hindered from making common good redress of grievances for well over the 10th time in three years about the need to end 59 years of congressionally authorized and 3 1/2 years of congressionally legalized mass murder and plunder in undeclared war that endangers every one of your constituents. Your corrupt "unwritten rule" allows you and your scandalous colleagues to evade your duties under ignored oaths, breeched contracts, and violated laws to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
When you and your sidekicks on the board conspire to hinder in ANY WAY our First Amendment righs to petition government of a redress of grievances by not showing up for duty, you violate U.S. Code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 13, Section 241, Conspiracy against rights. In this case about ending the mass murder of about 60 persons per day for corporate gain at the expense of we the people, a violation of conspiracy against rights rises to a capital crime and you all lay your deserving selves wide open for death sentences.
Sixty people per day are being deprived of life without due process of a declaration of war while you all fail to provide we the people due process so we can not use OUR local public forum at your corrupted meetings to orally petition Congress for a redress of grievances about its failure to provide due process before putting our troops in harms way and its duty to declare a cease fire in an optional and deadly conflict that lacked congressional due process.
Also, in this most serious case of hindering a public good effort to stop congressionally legalized mass murder, when you and the other public scoundrels on the board follow some "unwritten policy" rather than honor your oath, contractual obligations, and law in favor of the domestic enemies that brought the organized crimes of 9-11 and Public Law 107-243 which 9-11 triggered, you commit treason under California Penal Code Section 37. You all deserve another death sentence for that.
There is one thing about your message that I do not understand, Supervisor Kerns. Who in your treasonous camp has the guts to stand up and "get" me "defaced"? I would like to face you publicly on this matter. However, you have not appeared for at board meetings two months. Apparently you are too busy trying to save your doomed campaign while being under oath, contract, and law to serve your abused constituents.
I have a suggestion, Supervisor Kerns. To possibly save your post, why don't you do the right thing and agenda items for consideration at the next weekly board meeting in THREE WEEKS to call on Congress to declare a cease fire in undeclared war of congressional "choice, not necessity," as anti-strike-first U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer told the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco, that are murdering about 60 innocent victims, including about 4 congressionally betrayed troops, PER DAY.
If you really want to clean up your dirty act before election, get your fellow scoundrels to hold an emergency meeting to consider calling on Congress to ~
~ declare cease fires in undeclared wars of choice in Afghanistan and Iraq, and stop the killing for corporate gain at the expense of your abused constituents, and
~ follow Sebastopol's lead in calling on Congress to repeal Public Law 107-243, the Undeclared wars Act of 2002, to end 59 years of undeclared wars.
