The City of Sebastopol is in the process of defining the vision and criteria for any future development in the Northeast quadrant of downtown (approximately the area from Screaming Mimi's to the Community Center - including the old lumberyard and the old Barlow apple processing plant).
This is the time for you to make your desires known and be able to make a real difference on how our fair town evolves! Do you want it to be SUSTAINABLE and GREEN? Then help define what that means and contribute to the plan to make it so!
There are a bunch of background documents (which can be quite interesting and informative!), meeting announcements and some interesting discussion in our new Sebastopol Northeast Area Plan (https://www.waccobb.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=94) category. (that was a link, folks!)
If you care about the future of Sebastopol, this is the time to get involved!
