I am a designer/student. Occasionally, I will need Photoshop tutoring to answer specific questions (1 to 1-1/2 hours at a time 'now and then" preferrably in San Rafael-Mill Valley. I am not a beginner although I have forgotten a lot; I did two designs using the computer/photoshop (scanned images, cleaning up, layout, resizing). And, I took the beginner's Photoshop class at College of Marin two years ago and plan on repeating it this Fall. I am in the process of getting back into reviewing my notes so hope to get up to speed somewhat on my own and will also sign up for Lydia.com support soon. I am also doing a workbook "Adobe Photoshop for Textile Design," by Frederick L. Chipkin - some of my questions will arise from doing the exercises in this book.
Please let me know what your hourly rate is and if there is an option for a *trade or partial trade. I am a part-time worker and have a very limited income.
