HeartSpace will feel familiar if you have been to Ecstatic Dance, Sweat Your Prayers, Dance Jam, or similar community dance venues—with a flavor and depth all its own. It happens on the fourth Saturday of every month.
8:30pm - 11:30pm
Admission $12 ($10 before 9pm)
This Month May 28th: We are honored to team with Davida! She will offer an invocation towards the end of the warm-up, as well as play an inspiring dance set. Spirit (Peter W) will provide the balance of the musical landscape before and after.
Otherworldly altar and ambiance by Donna Carroll.
Here's the overall HeartSpace format:
8:30-9:30pm Arrive In Our Bodies (Ambient warm-up for stretching, yoga, and meditation)
9:30-11pm Go Deep, Alone and Together (Freeform dance across one vast dynamic musical swell)
11-11:30pm Integrate All We Have Discovered (Sweet downtempo for contact improv, meditation, and cuddling with friends)
