her book, "Blood, Bones and Butter" a best seller
i haven't read it [i'm not a vegetarian, but i cannot bring myself to enjoy lamb] Amazon gives an excerpt for reading on line.
the thought of slaughtering innocent young animals frankly bothers me...
Here is a quote from her book, she speaks of a childhood recollection thusly:
..."I wanted to be in with the meat and the knives and to wear the long bloody coat." ...
aaaaarrrrrrgggghhhh
and so, my skin crawls...
