Hi,
Hope you are well.
I have court this Friday and Monday at 1:30 both days, room 22 at the Cleveland Ave. family law courthouse next to Empire College. Bertolli is the Judge for the moment.
If you could please pass this on to anyone who can come witness justice, or the lack of it, I would greatly appreciate it.
Victim's of violence should not also have to also be victim's of failed law enforcement and the court. I have not gotten justice for over a year. After much physical and emotional pain; it's time to correct this, for my family and all the others who have suffered from their pattern of abuse.
I have seen how different things go, once good people bearing witness to the process get involved.
Please send prayers. My heart, soul & body need healing. My family needs healing. My other world and watershed work needs me at a critical time.
If I can get the needed justice now, then I'll be free to focus on my projects: Songs for a Cease Fire song writing/performing contest, and Sing for a Cease Fire, in conjunction with the UN Day of Peace each Sept. 21st. See: peaceoneday.org to start something for your community.
If this can can take flight; we can have some potent tools to enable peace to prevail; we may even find joy in the process.
