An experiment testing the sacred laws of our cells and molecules:


Would doing things in threes help us change our habits more easily?

A strange question to be sure but when you look at the architecture of life - ALL CREATIVE ACTIONS of our cells and molecules REQUIRES 3 for completion...

What if you did things in threes - said a prayer, intent with 3 gestures - for 3 days, 9 days, 30 days?
Would you instill in your cells the memory of the new behavior by impressing your cells with this mindbody message?
This seems like a great place to have a discussion on whether our cells hold sacred truths...

Example:
Intent - goal - to be abundant in what I do, have and share

Action - put the intent into a body action - a ritual if you will...

Body gestures stretching up :waccosun:, touching my heart center :heart:, reaching to the ground:Yinyangv:

Stretching, aligning the cells - add a sound or two.... it's as easy as 1 2 3.
