Dear Community, On Valentine's day Ms. T. told our dance class her story. She was diagnosed with cancer, had half of a lung removed, among other treatment,s and then thought she was cured. Later, she went in for a checkup and was told the cancer had spread and there was nothing they could do...she had 6 months to live.
She began to prepare by making all the funeral arrangements, giving away her nice clothes and jewelry and then she heard about https://thesecondopinion.org.
They looked over her records, she came and asked a lot of questions and they determined that she was cancer free!!!
Then our teacher said, "We need to raise funds to get her some jewelry", I was wearing a necklace with purple hearts and I walked over to her and placed it over her head and let it rest on her chest. We hugged. She was so moved, she cried for the first time and so did I!
The teacher thanked me and said,"You didn't even hesitate!"
All I did was let myself be the vehicle for the heartfelt joy that was in the room at this great news and I felt so rewarded by this opportunity to give. Now I am giving this to all of you and hope that you find the help you need from these physicians who provide this FREE service.
