The response to the "Will You Cry for Me, John Boehner (https://salsa.wiredforchange.com/dia/track.jsp?v=2&c=TTyabNZOFSTO%2BE0Ag8c%2FlrF1lYDTzstm)" campaign has been tremendous--over 1,900 people have signed the letter or shared their stories. But if we want to get our message to Speaker Boehner, we will need many more signatures.
We'll continue to post people's stories to the front page of the website and we pledge to read each testimonial, and our demands to meet basic human needs, to John Boehner.
Threats to our safety net continue to surface in Congress. You can help stop these cuts by signing a letter to Speaker of the House John Boehner ( https://bit.ly/hxLVm1 ) telling him that millions of people are uninsured, underinsured, and living in poverty.
We are asking, "Will you cry for me, John Boehner?" Just go here: ( https://bit.ly/hxLVm1 ). Include your story, and Healthcare-NOW! will deliver it directly to Speaker Boehner with a tissue. We must not cut Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. We want improved Medicare for all, which will control healthcare costs and provide high quality healthcare to everyone.
