I have a friend who suffers from Burning Mouth Syndrome, and information about it seems to be very sparse. Lots of theories about causes and how to treat it, but very little concrete. Anyone know anything about it, or know someonw who knows something about it? I'd be pleased to get some leads. Thanks.
