Barry Help! I cannot unsubscribe!

Hi Barry - sorry but I cannot unsubscribe to a thread. I do click on the selection, WACCOBB opens, but stays blank. Am I doing something wrong?

First off, let remind people how this works:

If there is a thread (discussion) that you are not interested in you can click the "Unsubscribe from Thread" button and you won't get any more email from that discussion anymore, either in your digest or as individual emails.

There is a problem with this feature when used from the digest. However it does work if you use it from the website. So first click on the Website button and then click on your subscription setting for that thread:

this is ridiculous, it should be easy to unsubscribe to the whole website---every other website has a simple line at the bottom of the home page that lets one unsubscribe!

I don't even know what the "website button" is.

Please fix this now!I feel your pain, Maila. Really. The trouble is that the software this site is based on doesn't support that feature. They have said that it will be forthcoming, but it hasn't appeared yet. I am reluctant to to take the time/money to implement that on a custom basis since it theoretically won't be needed for long. I'll remove your registration. Anybody else can use the contact us option (https://www.waccobb.net/forums/sendmessage.php) and choose the "Completely remove my registration" option.
