This is a great opportunity for low income residents to prevent unwanted kittens.
Springtime is when most kittens are born, and many are abandoned. Some of the
lucky ones end up in the shelter; the rest are left to survive on their own, ending up
as ferals having more unwanted births.
Benefits of Altering:
Fewer lost animals
Lower vet bills
Reduces spraying
Reduces risk of many cancers
Reduces the surplus of kittens
Fixed pets are more affectionate!

Pets must be healthy and over 2lbs. (8 weeks)
Pets must be fasted from midnight the night before (confine inside)
