Hi everyone,
well, I'm happy I found wacco because if anyone can help, they are probably on this site! I am a yoga teacher who's car recently died. This, unfortunately is the third time I've had to put a car in critical care over the past six months. I'm starting a new class in Petaluma at this gorgeous, great-spirited studio on Sunday mornings.
Except now HOW DO I GET THERE? So I thought creatively, that if someone living in Sebastopol wanted to drive me to class and back on Sundays, I could offer them the class for free- you'd be my guest. Its a great class- mixed-level Vinyasa Flow. I pay great attention to alignment, the breath and the true meaning of what yoga is all about. Meditation, stories and mantra are often incorporated.
