Road closure on Bodega Ave today?

Does anyone know what was with the road closure on the curve of Bodega Avenue today between Washington and Nelson? There was PG&E on one end and Seb PD on the other. Just curious because I had to route around it a couple of times.

I asked the officer directing traffic at Pleasant Hill & Bodega Hwy. He told me that a vehicle took down a power pole and that PG & E was unable to cut power to the downed line. Thus, the area was closed off.
