MAC - I finally switched over

Could someones give me tips now and then ?
For instance, how do I delete without having to go in back of the word and delete forward?
Can I install Photoshop and Illustrator from the PC version, if they are different versions, or do I need to re-buy again?

Don't know about delete. I use an apple wireless keyboard with a delete key that deletes backwards. If you are still using a PC keyboard I highly recommend you switch to one made for a Mac. The Command/Option/Control/fn keys in particular will cause confusion.

You'll need Mac versions of Photoshop and Illustrator unless you run them under a PC emulation system like Fusion or Parallels, which I don't recommend. You might want to check out native Mac graphics programs such as Pixelmator - much less expensive!
