We are an original band that does Rock/Funk/Communal jam world (??) and are looking to replace our departed excellent female vocalist. Our last person sang back-up with some shared lead vocals & call and response type singing. My name is Maceo Campbell, I am a veteran musician/songwriter/producer/bandleader who guides the band with a soft touch. We are gig ready and will play out now but need that 3rd voice to sing the high harmony. If you play an instrument that would be really nice (percussion, violin, acoustic guitar, keyboard, etc.) We practice at the home of our sax player (a cool multi sax & flute playin woman & she sings) every wednesday night from about 6:30 til 9:30 PM. We have men & women, range in age from 20 to 62 (WOW!) and have really good material. We do a few covers that no one else is doing and do them our way. We are like a family and everyone is cool to be around and have a communal atmosphere.
