I'm searching for a Tai Chi or similar movement class for my elder mother. She lives in Healdsburg, so Windsor would be another possibility. Needs to be local. If anyone can make a suggestion, I would be ever grateful. She's tried yoga, yet would really enjoy a different kind of movement for her body. Thank you.Ariel
