I've come to that long forgone conclusion that its time to go vegetarian, I got the wake up call a month ago when I thought I had just slept wrong and had a knot in my shoulder.
After a month of pain and frustration I discovered to important things:
1) Acupuncture works
2) I'm allergic to dairy
Little did I know, cow milk is for cows and as we age sometimes our bodies can't process milk fat like they used to and it can build up and feel like a snake bite in your muscle. So I got my wake up call I'm making the switch but I need some resource guides and recipes. I know there is a wealth of food out there to stem off any cravings I may have for dairy products and meat. I figure if there is any community that can share the best links it has to be this one.
Many thanks in advance!
