I am getting ready to file an LLC and wondered if anyone has gone through this process recently? It appears that all I need are the Articles of Organization but I'd like to get some confirmation of this (and no one ever answers at the Sec of State offices!)...also, I wonder about the preclearance forms and if expedited service is really needed?
