Do you know anyone who uses a electric GEMcar in Sebastopol? I would love to know:
*How they perform on the hills around town like Bodega, watertrough, etc.
*Are there any roads that they are restricted from or are inappropriate for?
*Your overall experience with using a neighborhood electric vehicle NEV in Sebastopol.
