Hi, Waccotalians. I recently spent a couple of weeks in Italy, and visited the towns my grandparents left at the end of the 19th Century to come to San Francisco. Now my curiosity is whetted, and I want to do some research. I know there are a lot of on-line outfits that do geneology - one that's been recommended is ancestry.com, though I immediately found a flood of comments bad-mouthing them for all sorts of stuff. Anybody in the Waccommunity have any experience with this sort of thing?
