Great study on the usefulness (or not) of traffic lights.
There's more here, metaphorically and otherwise, than the issue of traffic.
It says so much about human nature, autonomy, compassion, conditioning, blind obedience, and the psychological stress of being the subjects of dictatorial machinery!
