These two articles here showed up at the same
time, both covering the same subject of possible ET arrival upon our
planet in the near future. For those unfamiliar with remote viewing, it is
the ability to time-travel into the future to view probable events. The
future is not cast in stone, as popular belief would have it, but is being
created and recreated in every NOW moment by the choices humanity makes as a
group consciousness. These choices then result in probable timelines such
as the Nightmare, the Mediocrity, the Dream, or variations thereof. Even in
this now moment, these realities co-exist side by side as individuals manifest
them based on their belief systems.

Dear friends and colleagues,
Like most people who have researched various aspects of the UFO/ET issue,
I've often wondered what would happen if ET life showed up in a way that
could not be denied or debunked by the guardians of our current consensus
reality. Given the precipitous state of our world, and its near-dominion by
corrupt, fear-based and profoundly materialistic forces that live in the
shadows and wield archaic belief systems as tools of social control, this
question seems to me more intriguing than ever.
So when the following posting (originally from 2003) recently came around
again I took some time to mull it over.
The translation from the original French was awkward and disjointed. So,
being fascinated with this question, and being a dilettante linguist on the
side, I thought it would be a useful exercise to clean the translation up,
to the best of my ability. (I made one pass through it -- I think it could
probably use at least one more). Doing that forced me to read it very
carefully in order to discern the intended meaning where it seemed unclear
or ambiguous. In doing so, I realized that my predispositions toward the
subject had caused me to read and remember it selectively and inaccurately
the first time around.
Many ufologists have long believed (and some inside information seems to
confirm) that if the "terrorism" threat fails to drive the populace fully
into the embrace of authoritarian control, the Powers that Be are prepared
to play the "evil-alien" card, trumping up a threat from outer space -- a
sort of cosmic 9/11 -- based partly on exotic technologies long in the
possession of black ops and rumored to be of "negative" alien origin. That
may sound melodramatic, but didn't two Washington Post reporters just reveal
the existence of a vast, secretly funded intelligence operation - a virtual
"fourth branch of government"-- whose staff already outnumbers the
population of Washington DC? What could be more bizarre, alarming or
extreme than that? Please keep this in mind as you read the text below.
Given these revelations and so many others (not to mention what still
remains unrevealed), is it possible that nothing short of an
incontrovertible demonstration of a constructive alien presence would be
enough to shake the arrogant certainties of the elite and awaken ordinary
people? Who knows? ... but this message broaches that option, and purports
to put the choice in ordinary people's hands.
Some have argued, wisely, that intervention by "external" forces could
disempower humanity -- thus, the "Prime Directive." But a more disturbing
counterargument cannot be entirely dismissed -- that we may already have
crossed critical tipping points and now have less to lose than to gain
should such an intervention occur.
To be clear, I take no stand on the truth or content of this message, and
currently I have no time or desire to debate it or answer emails about it.
So please make of it, and do with it, what you will. I believe one can read
it as fact, fiction, fantasy or hoax and still benefit from considering the
philosophical and political questions it raises.
Surely some will find fault with my posting it at all, but so be it.
As far as I've been able to determine, the original source appears to be a
Mr. Jean Ederman, now 49, of France, who evidently works in the field of
aviation. He claims to have been a military jet pilot, air traffic
controller and airport manager, and to have a masters in economics. He also
claims to have had a number of anomalous experiences since the age of six,
which later included a number of UFO sightings and ET contacts. He writes:

PS: For those of you who may be wondering, my general view is that what we
call the "UFO" phenomenon is actually a range of phenomena, some of which
(apart from hoaxes and so forth) represent the tip of a huge paradigmatic
iceberg for which, at this time, we have only very limited concepts and
language. But it does appear to include visitations from presences such as
those described below.

rules of the game at hand are kept hidden. This time, you are not the

Spreading biased information is an effective strategy for manipulating human
beings. Inducing thoughts and emotions, or even creating organisms, that do
not belong to you is an even older strategy.

The main difference between your daily prayers to entities of a strictly
spiritual nature and your current decision is extremely simple: we are
technically equipped to materialize.

Why such a historical dilemma?
We know that "foreigners" are considered as enemies as long as they embody
the "unknown." In a first stage, the emotion that our appearance will

Dear friends and colleagues,
Like most people who have researched various aspects of the UFO/ET issue,
I've often wondered what would happen if ET life showed up in a way that
could not be denied or debunked by the guardians of our current consensus
reality. Given the precipitous state of our world, and its near-dominion by
corrupt, fear-based and profoundly materialistic forces that live in the
shadows and wield archaic belief systems as tools of social control, this
question seems to me more intriguing than ever.
So when the following posting (originally from 2003) recently came around
again I took some time to mull it over.
The translation from the original French was awkward and disjointed. So,
being fascinated with this question, and being a dilettante linguist on the
side, I thought it would be a useful exercise to clean the translation up,
to the best of my ability. (I made one pass through it -- I think it could
probably use at least one more). Doing that forced me to read it very
carefully in order to discern the intended meaning where it seemed unclear
or ambiguous. In doing so, I realized that my predispositions toward the
subject had caused me to read and remember it selectively and inaccurately
the first time around.
Many ufologists have long believed (and some inside information seems to
confirm) that if the "terrorism" threat fails to drive the populace fully
into the embrace of authoritarian control, the Powers that Be are prepared
to play the "evil-alien" card, trumping up a threat from outer space -- a
sort of cosmic 9/11 -- based partly on exotic technologies long in the
possession of black ops and rumored to be of "negative" alien origin. That
may sound melodramatic, but didn't two Washington Post reporters just reveal
the existence of a vast, secretly funded intelligence operation - a virtual
"fourth branch of government"-- whose staff already outnumbers the
population of Washington DC? What could be more bizarre, alarming or
extreme than that? Please keep this in mind as you read the text below.
Given these revelations and so many others (not to mention what still
remains unrevealed), is it possible that nothing short of an
incontrovertible demonstration of a constructive alien presence would be
enough to shake the arrogant certainties of the elite and awaken ordinary
people? Who knows? ... but this message broaches that option, and purports
to put the choice in ordinary people's hands.
Some have argued, wisely, that intervention by "external" forces could
disempower humanity -- thus, the "Prime Directive." But a more disturbing
counterargument cannot be entirely dismissed -- that we may already have
crossed critical tipping points and now have less to lose than to gain
should such an intervention occur.
To be clear, I take no stand on the truth or content of this message, and
currently I have no time or desire to debate it or answer emails about it.
So please make of it, and do with it, what you will. I believe one can read
it as fact, fiction, fantasy or hoax and still benefit from considering the
philosophical and political questions it raises.
Surely some will find fault with my posting it at all, but so be it.
As far as I've been able to determine, the original source appears to be a
Mr. Jean Ederman, now 49, of France, who evidently works in the field of
aviation. He claims to have been a military jet pilot, air traffic
controller and airport manager, and to have a masters in economics. He also
claims to have had a number of anomalous experiences since the age of six,
which later included a number of UFO sightings and ET contacts. He writes:

presence of benevolent extraterrestrials, I received the following

PS: For those of you who may be wondering, my general view is that what we
call the "UFO" phenomenon is actually a range of phenomena, some of which
(apart from hoaxes and so forth) represent the tip of a huge paradigmatic
iceberg for which, at this time, we have only very limited concepts and
language. But it does appear to include visitations from presences such as
those described below.

Why aren't we visible?
At certain stages of evolution, cosmic "humanities" discover certain
scientific principles regarding matter. Structured dematerialization and

scarcity of your observations is due to the dematerialized state of these

as to touch the individual soul and not to influence or intrude on any

Except for rare occasions, our past interventions intentionally had very
little influence on your capacity to make collective and individual

is built every day as a being becomes aware of himself and of his

rules of the game at hand are kept hidden. This time, you are not the
conqueror.
Spreading biased information is an effective strategy for manipulating human
beings. Inducing thoughts and emotions, or even creating organisms, that do
not belong to you is an even older strategy.

servants of the people are far more often debating the form than the

radically modify it? Where could a collective and unifying awareness come
from that will stop this blind rushing ahead?
Tribes, populations and human nations have always encountered and interacted
with one another. Faced with the threats weighing upon the human family, it

hand-hold. We will be the light-years long lever and you will be the
craftsmen to "raise the Earth" as a consequence of our appearance.

For us, the immediate consequence of a collective favorable decision would
be the materialization of many ships, in your sky and on Earth.
For you, the direct effect would be the rapid abandoning of many certitudes

No interference would be decided upon unilaterally. We would leave as soon
as you would collectively wish that we do.
Depending upon the speed to spread the message across the world, several
weeks, or even several months will be necessary before our "great
appearance," if such is the decision made by the majority of those who will
have used their capacity to choose, and if this message receives the
necessary support.
The main difference between your daily prayers to entities of a strictly
spiritual nature and your current decision is extremely simple: we are
technically equipped to materialize.

Why such a historical dilemma?
We know that "foreigners" are considered as enemies as long as they embody
the "unknown." In a first stage, the emotion that our appearance will
generate will strengthen your relationships on a worldwide scale.
How could you know whether our arrival is the consequence of your collective
choice? For the simple reason that we would have otherwise shown up long ago
at your level of existence. If we are not there yet, it is because you have
not made such a decision explicitly. Some among you might think that we

"third party" to better enslave you? Because one always more efficiently

terrorism that corrodes you a blatant example? Whatever, you are the sole
judge in your own heart and soul. Whatever your choice, it would be
respectable and respected.
In the absence of human representatives who could potentially seduce into
error you ignore everything about us as well as from about those who

believe what your "authorities" say? That is the real question! After
thousands of years, one day this choice was going to be inevitable: choosing
between two unknowns.

message. It is therefore your task, as an anonymous yet an extraordinary
thinking and loving being, to transmit it.
