Dear Community,
Over the last few months when I attempt to enter a webinar Firefox crashes, it literally shuts down the website. I contacted Mozilla help desk, well.......they were no help...to bad. Has anyone else encountered this problem and fixed it? I did some research, one Mozilla website said make sure your plug ins are all up to date. When I attempted to update Java Toolkit, Firefox crashed. Could this be a key? and if so what? I have tried a few things but nothing has helped so far. Thanks in advance for your help.......this is truly annoying. I can use Internet Explorer, but some webinars have links you have to use and Firefox is my default. I have just about had it, has Internet Explorer fixed the security issues? Thanks so much.

Have you tried re-installing Firefox? Most problems I've experienced with crashing programs usually led to a corrupted file somewhere that the program needs to function. Almost all times, uninstalling the program completely, then reinstalling the most recent version helps.

Also, if you're using some version of Windows, after uninstalling Firefox, I'd use a utility to clean up the Windows registry, before re-installing.
