Let me see if I understand you, Raphah...
Are you saying:
It was good and now it's not
Or are you saying
It's better now
?
Either way is fine by me.

Barry, right now it is a requiring a little effort to figure out rather than being the comfortable and familiar version...hopefully will just grow on me. Thanks for your constant efforts at improving our connection. How do I get to the current page of Larry Robinson poems? I could get to page 15, 2006 or so....Thanks. Mindy

Hi Barry;
I like the former system better, the colors popped more and it seemed more vibrant overall.
thanks for asking...

I would have to agree, and also I miss the New Posts feature. That was my favorite part.

Try this link:
Recent Posts across All Categories (https://www.waccobb.net/forums/content.php)
New posts are at the bottom of the page.
I miss the "Mark Posts As Read" Feature. But I'm confident that it will be included as part of Barry's upgrade.
Some may assume that this new look of the BB was designed and intended. If I'm not mistaken it is the default layout included with the vBulletin forum software used here. It's functional, but way bland.

So far I like the old version of WACCO better. It was visually easier to navigate and the new posts feature was my favorite part as well- I hope that can come back.

[New Posts] will return soon...
It's back :):, along with some menu funkiness :hmmm:, which should get cleaned up in the next day or two.

It seems like the number of posts has dramatically dropped since the system went down. Am I misperceiving this?

Probably so. Users need to log in again, and I'm sure that's slowing things down a bit.
I plan to get a status update email out to all users.

Barry,
If you're willing to accept some help from a fellow site founder/administrator, I have the vBulletin CMS 4.x license, and have some tutorials which might help you bring back some of the flavor and colors of the old site. PM me, and I'll send you a link to my new forum. I'm still finishing up some of the stylizing, but for the most part it's done.
