The United States became the world's top terrorist in 2002 when my Senator Dianne Feinstein and 172 of your creepy colleagues now in the 111th Congress, including Howard Berman, Mary Bono, Ken Calvert, David Drier, Elton Gallegly, Jane Harman, Darrell Issa, Jerry Lewis, Howard McKeon, Gary Miller, George Radanovich, Dana Roharabacher, Edward Royce and Adam Schiff, legalized mass murder in undeclared wars by authorizing the President of the United States to use deadly armed force "as he determines to be necessary" under fascist strike-first Public Law 107-243. Consequently, the Office of our President is now an elected dictatorship.
Undeclared wars deprive persons of life, liberty, or property without due process of supreme law in violation the 5th Amendment. and without equal protection of the laws of the land in violation of the 14th Amendment.
United States invasions of foreign soil without declarations of war are unreasonable seizures of persons and things in violation of the 4th Amendment.
Declarations of war call the President into actual service of the United States as commander in chief to execute specific defense foreign policy by invading foreign soil, and exiting. There has been no commander in chief since Congress declared six wars in WWII. They have been dangerous impostors.
Public betrayal Law 107-243 gives aid and comfort to domestic enemies who consistently profit from death, pain, and suffering in undeclared wars. Under California Penal Code Section 37, my Senator Feinstein is ripe for a death sentence or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole from any California court of constitutional law. Any Californian who conceals her treason commits a felony under Penal Code Section 38.
Any member of Congress from California who votes for $52 billion more blood debt funding for unconstitutional wars in Iraq and Afghanistan gives aid and comfort to domestic enemies who profit from undeclared wars, which every member of Congress is bound by oath and paid a fat public wage to prevent. She or he is ripe for a death sentence or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole!
Since Public betrayal Law 107-243 legalized United States mass murder and world terrorism in 2002, it has been impossible to get the majority of voters to realize that we the people of the United States have been betrayed by strike-first members of Congress. The mass media will not touch legalized United States mass murder and world terrorism with a ten foot pole. It will loose advertisers.
Every House member is up for re-election in November. Your closing argument on extending social security payments last Thursday was most impressive. You broke decorum by saying "I'm going to watch with pleasure as you vote 'no' and vote yourselves out of here." Now give every democracy loving American pleasure.
We the congressionally betrayed people have had enough treason and squander for fascist gain, population management, religious genocide, and organized crime. Regarding H.R. 4899 and its $52 billion more "emergency" blood debt for more unconstitutional wars of congressional choice, NEVER necessity, please say, "I'm going to watch with pleasure as you vote 'yea' on more blood debt and vote yourselves out of here."
