Interesting Washington Post interview of the Obama administration Drug Czar, Gil Kerlikowske. Good sign: He emphasizes treatment much more than enforcement; a first for Drug Czars Bad sign: he equates marijuana use to alcohol use - paleo drug attitude.
Significant statistic: On Friday/Saturday evenings, 1 out of six drivers is under the influence of drugs; the primary ones he's concerned with are alcohol and methamphetamines.
