HAI is an important part of my life - it was part of what drew me to California. I love being in the Room of Love - it was at my Level 1 that I got a feel for what unconditional love really is.
HAI helps us to open our hearts and connect with others. The exercises gently lead us into a greater depth of seeing others and being seen by others. It's about intimacy - Into Me You See. Learn skills and ways of relating that you can bring into all the parts of your life.
